JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media. 
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. 
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates. 
• Prepare interview documents and maintain recruitment records. 
• Assist in onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation and orientation arrangements. 
• Support pre-employment processes such as reference checks and medical examination arrangements. 

2. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases. 
• Assist in preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR correspondence. 
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee records. 
• Assist in maintaining organisation charts and manpower reports. 
• Prepare monthly HR reports and statistics as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Strong organisational and administrative skills. 
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. 
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
