Job Description

• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks. 
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. 
• Organize, file, and manage company documents. 
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct enquiries professionally.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.  

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field. 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and time management skills. 
• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
