Job Description

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing
• Ensure invoices are accurately matched against purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents before entering into accounting system.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment status, queries, and issue resolution.
• Assist superior to ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.
• Facilitate and participate in process/continuous improvement activities and meeting.

• Highly committed and able to work independently.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment is essential.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
