Job Description

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to support daily accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling financial records, assisting in reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts (partial / basic level)
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Prepare and update invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
  • Perform bank reconciliation and data entry
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reports
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and auditors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years working experience in accounting
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
