Job Description

 As an Intern Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager and project team in planning, organizing, and monitoring construction projects. You will gain practical exposure to project coordination and management. Key responsibilities.

Job Description :

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project tasks and milestones.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, QS, procurement, and other teams.
  • Track project progress and prepare simple status updates or reports.
  • Help maintain project documentation such as contracts, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
  • Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and resource allocation.
  • Attend project meetings and site visits to observe project operations.
  • Learn to identify potential risks or delays and report them to the Project Manager.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and project standards.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and project workflow.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn project monitoring and reporting.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to follow instructions and deadlines.
  • Willingness to visit project sites and observe operations as part of learning
