Job Description :

•  Assist the Site Supervisor/Engineer in monitoring daily site activities.
• Read and understand project drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Take site measurements and check work alignment and levels.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to the schedule
• Help identify quality issues and report them to the Site Supervisor.
• Learn to manage materials, tools, and site logistics effectively.
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Interest in construction and site management.
• Basic ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel for reporting and scheduling).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn site safety, quality control, and project management.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to follow instructions and deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site under various weather conditions.
