Job Description

To achieve your responsibilities, you are to:
 
  • Processing request from ticketing system. Review the request and prepare action plan for renovation, repairing works or replacement that required.
  • Coordinating the installation/dismantling of security alarm, CCTV system, air conditioning unit and furniture & fittings for new opening/closing of team. 
  • Coordinating with team members & contractor frequently for updates regarding the work progress to ensure works meet quality standard, completed on time, budget & cost expenditure. 
  • Assisting in the data entry and documentations included contracts, quotations, invoices, and others documents associate with the work related.
  • Follow up on work progress, important actions and decisions in order to meet the work and payment deadline.
  • Assisting in reporting and analysing for renovation & maintenance expenditure. Keep track on renovation progressive payment.
  • Attend to request of repairing works related to M&E system such as air conditioning, electrical, sanitary plumbing and etc. Proposed solution for repairing or replacement including cost involved.
  • Assign work order to contractor and monitoring the work progress. Ensure work deliver in time and the result had met expectation.
  • Administrating the services contract for security alarm & CCTV system for HQ and showrooms. Checking security guard attendance and verifying alarming functions.
  • Assign administrator for the alarm & CCTV system and coordinating the security alarm company if any unusual activities happen.
  • Review and process the payment on time. Ensure all payment submit with supporting document such as work progress photos, approval sheet and etc.

Job Requirements

To be successful in your role, you will need to have:
 
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required. 
  • English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin literate (both written and verbal) and good Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment. 

Required skill: 
  • Adept at using computer and project management applications,
