<p>We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy <strong>IT Technical Support Trainee (Internship)</strong> to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in <strong>Network, WiFi, LAN Setup, CCTV/IP Cameras, Smart Access Control,</strong> and <strong>Ai smart home technologies</strong>. You will assist our technical team in resolving customer issues, configuring systems, and supporting installations and maintenance tasks.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide first-level technical support for IT networking devices, surveillance systems, and smart home products via phone, email, or remote tools.</li>
<li>Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and smart home devices.</li>
<li>Support configuration and maintenance of network connectivity, CCTV/IP camera systems including NVRs/DVRs, and remote viewing applications.</li>
<li>Document customer issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior technical staff.</li>
<li>Help maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs.</li>
<li>Participate in testing new products and preparing setup documentation or guides.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support (if applicable) under supervision.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science, or related field.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of computer networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, NAT, etc.) added advantage.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Good communication skills (verbal and written).</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
