Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for bold, eye-catching visuals? We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our team. You will turn ideas into impactful designs, with a primary focus on social media content creation and execution for both company and client brands. 💼 Key Responsibilities

•  Create and manage social media content across company and client digital channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu), including static posts, carousel designs, and motion/video content that align with each brand’s identity and marketing goals.
•  Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality brand identity designs (logos, brand books, brand guidelines, and visual systems).
•  Design a wide range of marketing collaterals, including packaging, posters, brochures, menus, and website visuals/designs.
•  Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.
•  Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery and strong attention to detail.
•  Support presentation materials and participate in client meetings (both offline and online), while contributing design insights during internal discussions.
•  Report project progress and creative output to the Creative Director on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements

•  Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Art & Design, or a related field.
•  Positive attitude, responsible, and proactive team player with strong creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multitask effectively, and handle tight deadlines.
•  Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and the right attitude are welcome to apply.
•  Fluent in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
•  Proficient in design and video editing software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
•  Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu (XHS), with the ability to plan, curate, and execute content effectively.
•  Experience in AI-based visual/content creation is a must.
•  Must have own transportation and a working laptop.
