Job Description

•   Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and document management.
• Monitor and record incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate document management.
• Perform data entry and ensure information is updated accurately in company records.
• Provide clerical support, including scanning, photocopying, printing, filing, and mailing documents.
• Assist in coordinating administrative processes and resolving day-to-day administrative issues.
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Comfortable with data entry and handling administrative documentation.
• Internet savvy and familiar with online tools and systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Language Required: Fluent in Malay and English.
• Aggressive and fast learner.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Willing to work at Kuchai Lama.
