Job Description
- Assist engineer to prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project scopes, and progress reports.
- Follow project for site visits to assist with field assessments, track installation progress, and document client requirements if needed.
- Assist engineer for preparing as built and shop drawing.
- Assist engineer during UAT with end user.
- Assist engineer for preparing equipment for delivery to site.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics, or related fields.
- MS Office: Power Point, Word & Excel, Internet, AutoCAD, email and website technology skill.
- Good Communication Skills in English (ability to write grammatically correct English and spoken), Good Coordination skills and Good Customer Service skills.
- Possess initiative and resourcefulness.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Language Required: Fluent in Malay and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Willing to work at Kuchai Lama.
