• Be the first impression of our clinic by creating a warm and welcoming experience for patients while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Build relationships with patients through calls, WhatsApp, and daily interactions while helping them understand treatments and appointments.

📞 Customer Support & Communication

• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries 
• Provide information regarding treatments, promotions, and appointments 
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinic team 

🗂 Administrative & Clinic Support

• Maintain patient records and documentation 
• Assist with billing and payment collection 
• Ensure reception and waiting area remain organized and welcoming

Job Requirements

We don’t just hire based on experience—we hire based on attitude.

• Mandarin proficiency is preferred as this role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are required for daily coordination.
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable handling customer interaction and administrative work
• Basic computer and coordination skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Prior experience in customer service, receptionist, or clinic administration is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
