Job Description

- Be the first impression of our clinic by creating a warm and welcoming experience for patients while ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Build relationships with patients through calls, WhatsApp, and daily interactions while helping them understand treatments and appointments.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries
- Provide information regarding treatments, promotions, and appointments
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinic team
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Assist with billing and payment collection
- Ensure reception and waiting area remain organized and welcoming

Job Requirements
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred as this role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking patients.
- Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are required for daily coordination.
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer interaction and administrative work
- Basic computer and coordination skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Prior experience in customer service, receptionist, or clinic administration is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
