We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support our international business development efforts. The role involves managing overseas customer accounts, exploring new markets, coordinating export activities, preparing sales reports, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Assist in researching and identifying potential export market opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and export-related documents accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, sales orders, and shipment arrangements to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual meetings when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth strategies.
• Support marketing activities to promote products in international markets.
