Job Description

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading and executing the Company’s digital commerce strategy across TikTok, major online marketplaces, brand.com and B2B platforms. This role focuses on growing online sales, expanding digital reach, managing partnerships with enablers and fulfilment providers and leading the e-commerce team to achieve business and operational targets.

What You’ll Do

1.TikTok Commerce & Content

  • Develop and implement TikTok commerce strategy, including TikTok Shop and TikTok Live.
  • Manage livestream content calendar and coordinate with influencers/KOLs.
  • Create and oversee engaging TikTok content that drives brand awareness, engagement and sales.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.

2. Marketplaces & Brand.com

  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Amazon etc.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage resellers/sellers to expand product availability.
  • Manage and optimize the brand.com store for conversion, customer experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketplace platforms on campaign planning, deals and promotional visibility.

3. B2B E-Commerce Development

  • Launch and manage a B2B ordering platform/website tailored for cafés, restaurants and small businesses.
  • Develop marketplace solutions for bulk purchases and wholesale buyers.
  • Coordinate pricing, logistics and payment terms specific to B2B needs.

4. Borderless & Quick Commerce

  • Drive cross-border e-commerce growth across Southeast Asian marketplaces.
  • Explore and manage listings on quick commerce channels (e.g. GrabMart, food delivery apps, delivery services).
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for international shipping and cross-border logistics.

5. Operations & Fulfilment

  • Manage relationships with enablers, 3PLs and fulfilment partners to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor order fulfilment, returns, inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to support growth and scalability.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Build, mentor and lead the internal e-commerce team (content, operations, digital marketing).
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and commerce enablers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, supply chain and finance teams to align strategies and resources.


Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Only candidates with prior experience in Food FMCG (e.g. snacks, beverages, packaged goods etc) will be considered.
  • Proven track record managing TikTok commerce and livestream strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEA marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Amazon, etc.).
  • Experience in building brand.com platforms and managing B2B e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce, quick commerce and fulfilment models.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales, traffic and engagement data.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Creative, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
