Job Description

We are looking for Finance Manager to be responsible for overseeing the company's Financial Operations and manage company’s financial affairs to maintain overall financial health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES： 

1 Taxation

• Oversee the Taxation unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing for corporate tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other indirect taxes
• Oversee the analysis of tax data and trends to provide insights on company's tax performance, tax position, tax exposures, and opportunities for tax optimisation
• Oversee the development and implementation of tax and tax exemption strategies to minimize company’s liability 

2 Accounting

• Oversee the Accounting unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial close processes, to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Oversee the verification of company’s financial records to ensure accuracy and integrity 

3 Finance Division Stewardship

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning initiatives

Others

• Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Provide ongoing training and motivation to finance team to ensure that all finance operations are running efficiently
• Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in financial operations 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Finance role (preferably in FMCG industry)
