We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team! This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end payroll processing, employee compensation and benefits administration, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation &amp; Benefits
<ul>
<li>Administer employee benefits, including medical claims, PERKESO claims and other statutory benefits.</li>
<li>Process and manage employee claims such as travelling, outstation and trailer claims in accordance with Company policy.</li>
<li>Manage overtime compensation and employee advance requests.</li>
<li>Support the development, maintenance and review of salary structures.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue HR letters related to salary adjustments and compensation changes.</li>
</ul>
Payroll Management
<ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.</li>
<li>Ensure timely statutory contributions and payouts, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other applicable deductions.</li>
<li>Prepare payroll reports and analysis for Management review.</li>
<li>Perform reconciliation of payroll transactions and related records.</li>
<li>Manage payroll cost allocation and cost center charging.</li>
</ul>
Governance &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Coordinate employment contract stamping in accordance with legal requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit statutory tax filings to LHDN, including CP21, CP22, CP22A and other relevant submissions.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute EA Forms to employees within statutory timelines. Manage annual Form E submission.</li>
<li>Ensure payroll and HR practices comply with applicable labor, tax and statutory regulations.</li>
</ul>
Others
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and support Company events and employee activities.</li>
<li>Provide support for Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) initiatives.</li>
<li>Support initiatives and projects led by the Corporate HR team.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.</li>
</ul>
