What You’ll Do
- Assist in implementing quality management protocols.
- Support QA/ QC team in conducting product inspections and quality testing.
- Assist in compiling and reviewing regulatory documents for compliance.
- Assist in audits and preparations for food safety certification.
- Collect and organize data for product quality investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of quality-related documentation and reports.
- Work closely with the QA/ QC team to ensure product safety and quality.
- Support daily QA/QC operations and handle assigned tasks under guidance.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideas sharing session.
- Tackle ad-hoc tasks from superior to ensure seamless operation.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of product development processes, packaging engineering, and regulatory standards.
- Understanding of food manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements.
