📍 Location: Kedah
R&D Intern (Product Development / Raw & Packaging Material Sourcing)
- Gain understanding of food standard compliance and ingredient evaluation.
- Training on basic laboratory tests and shelf-life test.
- Assist in the sensory evaluation preparation for new food products.
- Assist in updating the R&D documentation.
- Translate development recipes by simplifying steps for execution.
- Accurately document recipes and methods of preparation.
- Assist R&D team in new product development and formulation.
- Assist in evaluates current and alternative food ingredients.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideas sharing session.
- Tackle ad-hoc tasks from superior to ensure seamless operation.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of product development processes, packaging engineering, and regulatory standards.
- Understanding of food manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements.
