Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for floral decoration services.
• Build relationships with corporate companies, hotels, event planners, wedding planners and government agencies.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Coordinate with the florist and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business.
• Represent Florazazzy at exhibitions, networking sessions and promotional events.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for sales.
• Experience in florist, event, hospitality or wedding industry is an added advantage.
