Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with excellent customer service.
• Recommend suitable plants, flowers, pots, fertilizers, soil, and gardening accessories based on customers' needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through both in-store and online channels.
• Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Demonstrate products, answer customer enquiries, and engage viewers during live sessions.
• Create simple video content and product demonstrations to support online marketing and sales.
• Process customer orders from both walk-in and online customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the nursery.
• Water and care for plants to ensure they remain healthy and sale-ready.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about plants, gardening, horticulture, or landscaping.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and interacting with live audiences.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in retail sales, live hosting, customer service, or social media is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on the duty roster.
