Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Floravigor fertilizer products to new and existing customers.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors and business partners.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with nurseries, landscapers, farms and agricultural businesses.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and close deals.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Prepare weekly sales and customer visit reports.
- Attend exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events when required.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in agriculture, nursery or landscaping industry is an added advantage.
