Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Development Executive to manage and support the growth of our outlet network within the assigned zone.
This role acts as the main liaison between HQ and licensees, ensuring smooth communication, operational support, outlet performance monitoring, and business expansion activities.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production departments.
Key Responsibilities
Licensee Management & Support
- Serve as the main HQ representative for all licensee related matters within the assigned zone
- Handle daily communication, inquiries, complaints, and operational support for licensees
- Maintain professional communication in official WhatsApp groups and other communication channels
- Provide continuous support regarding SOP, products, promotions, operations, and HQ updates
- Coordinate and escalate issues to the relevant departments efficiently
Operations & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor weekly outlet sales performance and identify underperforming outlets
- Analyze operational challenges and propose recovery or improvement plans
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure compliance with company standards and operational consistency
- Support outlet retention initiatives and maintain strong relationships with existing licensees
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction and overall outlet performance
Expansion & Business Development
- Support new outlet development and expansion activities within the assigned zone
- Attend prospect meetings and assist during outlet closing processes when required
- Coordinate new outlet opening preparation and operational readiness
- Identify strategic locations and market opportunities for future outlet expansion
- Build strong relationships with high potential licensees and encourage multi outlet growth opportunities
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate licensee material orders and inventory requests with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams
- Prepare monthly business development reports including sales performance, outlet status, meetings conducted, conversion updates, and action plans
- Ensure proper documentation and timely follow up on all assigned tasks
