Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content based on direction and briefs provided by the Marketing team
• Produce short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms
• Ensure all edited videos follow brand guidelines in terms of style, tone, and messaging
• Deliver clean, engaging, and platform optimized video output
• Apply proper pacing, transitions, captions, music, and visual elements to enhance content quality
• Ensure videos are attention grabbing, easy to consume, and suitable for social media audiences
• Maintain consistency across all video outputs to match campaign direction and brand identity
• Highlight to the Marketing team if content direction or footage is not strong enough to achieve desired results
• Deliver work within tight timelines and consistently meet deadlines
• Handle high volume of content production and manage multiple editing tasks simultaneously
• Maintain speed and efficiency without compromising output quality
• Work closely with videographers, Creative Ops, and Marketing team to ensure smooth workflow
• Collaborate effectively within the team to meet daily and campaign requirements
• Organize project files, assets, and versions properly for easy tracking and retrieval
• Stay updated with editing trends, styles, and formats that perform well on social media

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Film, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or any related field
• Strong hands on skills in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment with high content volume
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
• Capable of producing multiple pieces of content daily with speed and accuracy
• Detail oriented with strong sense of visual flow and timing
• Able to identify weak content and raise concerns when necessary
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to follow direction clearly while maintaining output quality
• Portfolio or sample works are required
