- Drive go to market strategies for new beverage launches and seasonal offerings
- Define product positioning, key messaging and overall marketing narratives
- Convert product ideas into campaigns that resonate with target consumers
360 Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring each platform is used effectively
- Channels include:
- Social media
- Influencer collaborations
- Paid advertising
- CRM and app based marketing in collaboration with growth team
- Public relations
- Offline activations
- Maintain consistent brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints
Product Launch Management
- Oversee full launch timelines from planning to execution for new products and menu expansions
- Collaborate closely with product, operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth rollouts
- Align marketing materials, promotional strategies and launch schedules
Consumer & Market Insights
- Track consumer behaviour, market trends, competitor movements and public sentiment
- Identify opportunities for new product angles and campaign directions
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product development team
- Operations team
- CRM and growth team
- Creative and social media team
- External agencies
- Ensure alignment between product development and marketing communication
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Monitor key campaign KPIs including:
- Product sales performance
- Customer acquisition
- App engagement
- Campaign reach and interaction
- Evaluate campaign results and continuously optimise for better outcomes
