We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow and manage our affiliate ecosystem. This role is responsible for recruiting, activating, and maintaining relationships with content creators and affiliates to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong relationship-building skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for creator marketing. You will work closely with internal teams to scale affiliate performance and maximize campaign results.
Core Responsibilities:
● Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and creators to grow the affiliate network and increase active affiliates.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and
identifying opportunities to improve performance.
● Plan, execute, and manage affiliate campaigns, ensuring timely coordination with
internal teams and affiliate partners.
● Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, including video traffic, GMV, conversion
rates, and ROI, while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports to support business decisions and growth strategies.
● Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, creator landscape, and e-commerce
developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL
Management, E-commerce, or related fields.
● Proven experience in recruiting, managing, and growing affiliate or creator
partnerships.
● Good understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok
Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms).
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and identify
growth opportunities.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

● Experience using KOL or affiliate platforms/tools (e.g. Upfluence, CollabAsia, TikTok
Creator Center)
● Prior experience managing influencer campaigns in automotive, lifestyle, or F&B
industries
