Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate go-getter to grow ServAuto’s workshop network. You’ll connect with independent car workshops, introduce them to ServAuto’s platform, and help them improve operations, quality, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard car workshops offering services like oil changes, tinting, and accessories.
- Build strong relationships and guide them through onboarding.
- Support workshops in adopting ServAuto’s SOPs and tools.
- Monitor service quality and help resolve issues fast.
- Expand coverage in Klang Valley and nearby regions.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket / workshop / sales / field operations.
- Great communication skills; confident in cold calling and walk-ins.
- Fluent in BM and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Own transport and willing to travel regularly.
