Role Overview

A Customer Service Executive is expected to champion customer satisfaction by demonstrating the highest level of professionalism, listening and engaging with the customer and providing an individualized solution that suits their needs. For you to be successful, he or she should enjoy the challenge of problem solving and welcome the opportunity to find solutions in collaboration with our business partners. You must have a strong ability to adapt to change, embrace ambiguity and contribute to an environment of shared learning and feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat)
  • Required to support combination of products (Service Packages, Tinting, Dashcam and more) to support the business needs after being trained for required skills
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
  • Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager

Job Requirements

  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
     
  • Professional and courteous telephone etiquette with clear communication skills
     
  • Excellent listening skills with strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability
     
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
     
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
     
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
     
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality
     
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience
