Job Description

What You'll Be Doing Video Editing (70%) 

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts 

• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music 

• Replicate high-performing content styles and trending formats 

• Organize and manage video files efficiently 

• Ensure videos are delivered according to deadlines 

Content Creation Support (20%) 

• Research trending TikTok content and viral video formats 

• Assist in content planning and brainstorming sessions 

• Study competitor content and identify winning ideas 

• Support video shooting and content production when required 

Social Media Support (10%) 

• Assist with content posting and scheduling 

• Monitor video performance and engagement metrics 

• Support reporting and content performance analysis 

Job Requirements

 • Currently pursuing Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, Creative Media, Film Production, or related fields 

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends 

• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 

• Able to work independently and as part of a team 

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills Bonus Points 

• Own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube content account 

• Experience editing short-form videos 

• Basic Canva or graphic design skills 

• Interest in digital marketing and content creation 

Skills
