What You'll Do

- Host daily TikTok and Shopee Live sessions for our product range (tint films, engine oil, car accessories)

- Engage viewers, answer real-time questions, and convert traffic into sales (GMV-driven)

- Plan and rehearse session scripts, product demos, and flash deals with the operations team

- Create supporting short-form content (TikTok Reels, product highlights) to boost session reach

- Hit assigned GMV and engagement targets; review data to continuously improve hosting style

- Represent the ServAuto brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

- Confident, energetic, and comfortable on camera (no prior experience required — we will train you)

- Strong verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia

- Active TikTok / Instagram / Xiaohongshu user — understands what makes content engaging

- Strong sales instinct and willingness to learn about cars and auto care products

- Flexible with shift-based working hours (mornings, evenings, and weekends rotated)

- Open to all genders with the right energy on camera

*Bonus (not required): Prior live hosting, content creation, or sales experience (retail, F&B, tele-sales, brand promoter)
