 Job Overview

ServAuto is expanding our Live Stream team! We’re hiring for our Live Host Superstar! If you love being on camera and doing sales, we have a place for you.

Role: E-Commerce Live Host (Open for Full Time Contract and Part Time)

What You’ll Do

• Host regular TikTok Live sessions showcasing our top automotive products (tint films, car mats, wipers, engine oil, etc.).
• Engage viewers, answer product questions, and maintain a lively, confident on-camera presence.
• Plan and rehearse scripts, product demos, and flash deals to boost GMV and conversions.
• Drive engagement metrics: comments, likes, shares, viewer retention.
• Collaborate with content and performance teams to align with ongoing campaigns.
• Review livestream performance and improve hosting style, product pitching, and audience interaction.
• Represent the brand with trust, energy, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable on camera.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Passion for content creation, automotive products, or e-commerce.
• Flexible with working hours (evenings/weekends may apply).
• Familiar with TikTok features (pinned products, vouchers, live goals).
