From oil changes to tint films and car accessories, we help everyday drivers shop smarter and service easier.We’re looking for energetic and engaging Live Hosts to help bring our car care products to life through TikTok livestreams.

What You’ll Do

• Host regular TikTok live streams featuring ServAuto’s best-selling automotive products (e.g. tint films, car mats, wipers, engine oil)
• Actively engage with viewers, answer product questions, and maintain a lively, confident on-camera presence
• Plan and rehearse live scripts, product demos, and limited-time offers to increase GMV
• Drive interaction metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and follower growth
• Collaborate with the content and performance teams to align with ongoing campaigns
• Review livestream performance and continuously optimize your presentation and delivery style
• Be a voice of trust and professionalism for our car-loving audience

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Confident, energetic, and engaging personality with strong on-camera presence
• Passion for content creation, automotive products, or e-commerce
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work flexible hours (some evening or weekend streams may apply)
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adjust tone and style based on audience mood and live room energy
• Familiar with TikTok features (e.g. pinned products, vouchers, live goals)

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Prior experience in TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or product hosting
• Experience in selling automotive products, electronics, cosmetics, or gadgets
• Basic video editing, design, or scriptwriting skills
• Own social media account with basic content history
