Job Responsibilities:

• Pitching our products to architects, developers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
• Find new project leads, manage project pipeline from initial stage and closing sales.
• Proactively follow up closely on project status.
• Built rapport with new and existing clientele. 
• Work closely with clients to understand their design intent, propose our products for facade application, and to achieve cost optimisation.
• Get our products and brand specified for potential projects.
• Able to travel to the client's office or site (within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation).

Job Requirements

• Required skills: Pitch presentations, good communication and people skills, willing to learn, and able to work collectively as a team.
• Outgoing and comfortable talking to and building relationships with potential clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Prior working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Desire to learn and able to work as a team.
• Strong communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Able to speak English, Malay, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Candidates living within the vicinity of Sg. Buloh, Sri Damansara, Kepong, Petaling Jaya, Rawang, Segambut and Jalan Ipoh are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and reside in the Klang Valley area.
