Role

Assist Senior Account Manager in strategizing social media plans for key account clients including preparing sales administrative tasks, conducting market research and monitoring campaign timeline to ensure invoice profit targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Senior Account Manager, clients, and internal teams on social media campaign strategy 
• Research & identify social media trends and key opportunities for innovation of social media campaigns. 
• Scout and connect with potential influencers, KOL, content creator to work with for Sevenvault. 
• Creating social media marketing materials such as presentation deck, case studies, talent profile or any relevant documents. 
• Pitching and consultation to client/ partners/vendors/ KOLs or internal team. 
• Providing sales administrative support to Senior Account Manager. 
• Ensure timeline and successful delivery of each provided solutions/campaigns according to client’s needs and objectives without client chasing or asking.
• To work hand-in-hand with the Operations team on solutions for every project to ensure successful implementation of the campaign 
• Partner with Senior Account Manager to maintain relationships with clients and recur client’s spending with Sevenvault. 
• Convert ongoing campaigns to case studies. 
• To handle and assist challenging client request or issue escalation as needed

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Highly motivated and target-driven individual, passionate in social media advertising 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
