Job Description

The Project Management Business Strategy Executive is dedicated to ensuring seamless and efficient operations across various departments and successfully executing projects aligned with the departmental OKRs. This role involes optimizing workflows, implementing processes, and managing projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and coordination across various departments
• Develop and implement processes and prodcedures to improve operational efficiency
• Plan and organize events, ensuring successful execution as outlined in the OKRs
• Manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights for decision-making

Results

• Ensure tasks are delivered on time with minimal supervision needed
• Complete projects and plans by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time , gaining cooperation, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments
• Utilize the Business Flywheel, enhancing each category's performance by 50%

Job Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• They have demonstrated management skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and independently when necessary
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Proficiency in Chinese language (both verbal and in writing)
