Job Description
- Bring in and close qualified new business through networks of client contacts / leads from manager / director. Able to hit sales target consistently.
- Able to adopt a consultative sales approach in dealings instead of traditional hardsell approach.
- Good account management skills including leading conversations to desired outcome and negotiate win-win deals with clients.
- Good knowledge about content and social marketing including setting goals and strategies, campaign ideations, audience targeting, reporting and tracking analytics for client’s brand / products.
- Manage every stage of creative process of a marketing campaign up till the execution of marketing strategy with selected talents – mainly Key Opinion Leader (KOL) to create and achieve client’s objective across social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, blogs etc.).
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of content and social media marketing or other related sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, good organization
skills, good time management, and effective account management skills. - Enthusiastic, friendly personality and self-motivated.
