Role

Support the end-to-end execution of campaigns under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to smooth delivery and achievement of client objectives while learning operational processes within the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders (clients, vendors, influencers) by providing dedicated support and service
• Aid in the execution of social media campaigns by collaborating with clients and influencers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
• Help manage campaign timelines, learning to troubleshoot and address any arising issues
• Contribute to building and nurturing relationships with influencers within the Sevenvault network
• Support senior team members in staying updated on industry trends and changes in influencer marketing landscape
• Assist in event planning and execution, offering support during unexpected challenges or crisis situations

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma, preferably in a related field
• Passionate about social media and influencer marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks effectively
• Adaptability and willingness to learn under pressure
• Ability to assist in problem-solving and contribute ideas in a team environment
