Job Description

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
• Provide support on budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing audit queries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies
• Perform financial analysis, reporting, and support process improvement initiatives
• Handle client inquiries and maintain good client relationships through effective communication
• Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA) or Degree in Accountancy
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
