Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit assignments for a diverse range of clients in multiple sectors
• Plan audit processes, including developing procedures tailored to each client’s risks and requirements.
• Supervise and guide junior team members, reviewing their output and offering constructive feedback.
• Assess internal control systems, identify areas of risk, and propose enhancements.
• Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact during engagements.
• Ensure adherence to relevant auditing and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Support the preparation of proposals and contribute to identifying new business prospects.
• Keep up to date with changes in auditing regulations and accounting frameworks.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of external audit experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
