Job Description
- Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and analyse weekly and monthly aging reports for cash flow monitoring
- Maintain a well-organised filing system for both physical and digital documents
- Ensure proper handling of company data in line with internal protocols
- Support administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks, and special projects
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
