Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organise digital and physical documents according to company policies
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and easy retrieval of records
• Maintain and update document control systems and procedures
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Coordinate with different departments for document and data requirements
• Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
• Gain hands-on experience in document control and data management processes

• Good organisational and documentation skills
