1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate employee records
- Assist in preparing job offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support the organisation of company events and team activities
- Assist in collecting employee feedback and preparing reports
- Help draft internal communications and announcements
3. General Support
- Provide administrative support for smooth HR operations
- Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
