Job Description

  1. Accounting & Financial Support
  • Assist the Director with accounting-related tasks and financial matters as assigned.
  • Provide support in preparing basic financial reports, documentation, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate communication between the Director and internal departments regarding financial or operational matters.

2. Business & Operational Support

  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents as required by the Director.
  • Manage client appointment scheduling to ensure smooth and professional coordination.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients by handling inquiries, arranging meetings, and organizing meeting venues when necessary.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather required information, reports, and submissions.

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for business and financial records.
  • Ensure all confidential documents and information are handled with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as AutoCount, UBS, or SQL Accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Soft skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage financial data, documentation, and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in Chinese, Mandarin, and Hokkien is required.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful.
