Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting & Financial Support
  • Perform accounting duties as assigned by Director.
  • Coordinate communication between the Director and other departments.

2. Business & Operational Support

  • Responsible for drafting also delivering any necessary report and letter on demand.
  • Coordinate client appointments arrangement to ensure a smooth and professional workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and arranging venues.
  • Liaise with different teams to gather necessary data, reports, and submissions.

3. Administrative Duties (minimal, work-focused only)

  • Responsible for maintaining an organized record of all business documents using established filing and documentation procedures.
  • Ensure all confidential documents are managed with utmost privacy and discretion.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (e.g., account assistant, finance exec).
  • Experience supporting management or executives is a plus, but not mandatory. Technical

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
  • Familiar with accounting software (Auto Count, UBS, SQL, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in managing and structuring financial data, documentation, and task follow-ups to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely completion.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese, Mandarin, and Hokkien.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful.
