Job Description

As an Events & Brand Activations Intern at SFK, you’ll be embedded directly within our events team, gaining real-world experience in executing client campaigns and on-ground projects (conferences, product launches, roadshows). 

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the team throughout the end-to-end event process from planning and logistics to execution and wrap-up.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting venue setup, registration and on-site coordination 
• Assisting with logistics planning and event material preparation 
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas
• Conducting research, documentation and basic scheduling tasks
• Assisting with post-event reporting, documentation and admin tasks
• Supporting the development of proposal decks, reports and recaps
• Attending and assisting during event days and activations
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma/degree student or recent graduate in Events, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Available for a 3–6 month internship (full-time preferred)
• Able to travel to event locations when required (some events may occur outside standard working hours)
• Own transport to event sites preferred
• Own laptop for planning, reporting and communication tasks preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency environment
• Bonus: Basic design or presentation skills (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides)
