We’re on the lookout for a Senior Event Executive / Event Executive to join our events and activations team at SFK.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on with real projects, from planning and logistics to supplier coordination and on-ground execution. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning ideas into tangible experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and execute client events and brand activations
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver on timelines and deliverables
• Support in venue recces, cost estimates, deck preparation and event documentation
• Oversee on-ground setup and ensure smooth event day execution
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to elevate experiences

Senior-level candidates may lead projects, mentor junior team members and serve as the main client contact on selected accounts.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience for Event Executive; 3–5 years for Senior Event Executive
• Diploma or degree in Events, Marketing, Mass Communications or related fields
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Clear communicator, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly
• Willing to work outside regular hours when required for events
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Own transport preferred
• Prior experience in corporate events, brand activations, or roadshows is a plus
• Bonus: understanding of creative deliverables and event production setups
