Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounting and invoice processing. 
  • Control and preparing yearly budget planning.
  • Managing month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and year-end closing management account.
  • Responsible for general accounting, account receivable, payable and bank reconciliation.
  • Preparing cashflow projection.
  • Manage and maintain organized financial statements and reports.
  • Company account Document Control.
  • Company KPI system accounting work.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Preferable 3-5 years of working experiences in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Familiar with accounting software (SQL).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Prefer Mandarin Speaker (Female).
