Job Description
- Handle full set of accounting and invoice processing.
- Control and preparing yearly budget planning.
- Managing month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare financial reports and year-end closing management account.
- Responsible for general accounting, account receivable, payable and bank reconciliation.
- Preparing cashflow projection.
- Manage and maintain organized financial statements and reports.
- Company account Document Control.
- Company KPI system accounting work.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Preferable 3-5 years of working experiences in Accounting or equivalent.
- Familiar with accounting software (SQL).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Prefer Mandarin Speaker (Female).
