The Automotive Program Coordinator will oversee the development, implementation, and management of training programs for both Electric Vehicle (EV) and Conventional Engine technologies. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with a strong background in the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Management: 
<ul>
<li>Spearhead the design and execution of training programs in EV and Conventional Engine technologies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with industry experts and training providers to ensure programs meet industry standards and emerging trends.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, recommending improvements as needed.</li>
</ul>
Training and Certification Coordination: 
<ul>
<li>Organize and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to schedules.</li>
<li>Facilitate participant enrollment, certification processes, and post-training evaluations.</li>
<li>Stay updated on relevant certifications and ensure training programs align with certification requirements.</li>
</ul>
Industry Collaboration: 
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with automotive industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and training organizations.</li>
<li>Gather industry feedback to refine training content and maintain program relevance.</li>
</ul>
Team Leadership and Collaboration: 
<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of trainers and support staff involved in program delivery.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, trainers, and stakeholders.</li>

Communication and Reporting: 
<ul>
<li>Provide regular updates and reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to management.</li>
<li>Deliver presentations and represent the program in internal and external events.</li>

Administrative Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee program logistics, including training materials, facilities, and schedules.</li>
