We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team! You’ll play an important role in supporting our customers and partners — ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with care.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound calls and outbound calls by providing optimum service to customers.
  • Resolve customer service enquiries and issues promptly, ensure effective and timely follow up.
  • Maintain and ensure customers’ records are updated into customer database accurately.
  • Fulfil all call work assigned by Supervisor on a daily basis.
  • Attend and manage all inbound calls/emails and any other channels from donors and/or Charities.
  • Ensure details are entered in the system are correct and accurate at all times.
  • Ensure each call, inbound and outbound is handled professionally and courteously.


Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Good communication skills over the phone with good command of English.
  • Able to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word and Excel.
