Job Description

 

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telesales Intern to support our donor engagement and fundraising efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in telesales, customer engagement, and CRM management, providing valuable exposure to real-world sales and marketing environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage donors and prospects with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce campaigns, overcome hesitations, and pitch donation programs.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling activities based on donor needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
  • Log customer feedback (positive and negative) to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in sales, marketing, and outreach activities assigned by the team.
  • Assist in administrative and follow-up tasks to support overall telesales operations.


Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing studies in Sales, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good telephone etiquette and basic computer literacy.
  • Clear English-speaking skills ; proficiency in any of these languages is a plus — Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Cantonese (HK dialect), Hindi, Thai, or Tagalog.
