We’re hiring motivated and customer-focused Telesales to join our growing team. If you enjoy engaging people over the phone, love achieving targets, and thrive in a supportive environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to engage potential customers/donors with a positive and friendly approach.
  • Pitch products/services, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contact rate KPIs.
  • Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Log feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all requests and data are submitted correctly for processing.
  • Collaborate with your team and participate in coaching/training.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and team performance.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Min.SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage time effectively.
  • Fast learner who is open to coaching and feedback.
